Bishop Dr. Gary M. George is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Jesus Elam Revival Assembly International, headquartered at 1 Prizgar Road, Upper Third Avenue, North Barataria, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

This humble yet dynamic minister of the Gospel accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 15. By 17, he was preaching, and at just 18, he founded and pastored his first church on the Island of St. Vincent.

In 1992, Bishop George established Jesus Elam Revival Assembly in Trinidad. On Sunday, July 27, 1997, he was consecrated to the office of Bishop by the World Assemblies of Restoration in Baltimore, Maryland. From a humble beginning with six members in Trinidad, the ministry has flourished into a mega-church, with branches across New York, New Jersey, Grenada, Guyana, Tobago, and several locations in Trinidad (Arima, Couva, San Fernando, Sangre Grande, and Point Fortin).

Renowned for its impactful Blood Night Services, the ministry emphasizes the ‘wonder-working power’ of the Blood of Jesus Christ. These services, held annually on Good Friday and during the Fresh Oil International Convention, have touched countless lives.

Operating in his Apostolic calling and speaking with a prophetic voice, Bishop George preaches the unadulterated Word of God. Under his leadership, many have testified to life-transforming encounters with the Gospel. His ministry is marked by compassion and a steadfast belief that character is defined by who you are when no one is watching.

Bishop George’s teachings empower God’s people to embrace their identity as Kings and Priests, walk in authority, love one another, and remain steadfast in well-doing, knowing that they will reap in due season if they do not faint. Having overcome extreme poverty, his anointing is rooted in faith and prosperity, guiding believers to understand that the blessing of the Lord makes one rich without sorrow, and God delights in the prosperity of His people.

Gifted as an intercessor in the prophetic, deliverance, and healing, Bishop George is also a skilled marriage counselor. His passion lies in holy living, emphasizing not just theological knowledge but practical, Spirit-filled obedience to God.

As a recognized leader, Bishop George was appointed Regional Bishop of the Caribbean by the World Assemblies of Restoration on May 3, 2015. He holds three Doctor of Divinity degrees: from Christ Life Bible Institute & Seminary (July 13, 2008), Denver Institute of Urban Studies and Adult College (June 24, 2016), and Apostolic Outreach Church (September 10, 2017).

In addition to his church responsibilities, Bishop George leads a thriving media ministry, Caribbean Power Outreach, which broadcasts across fifteen Caribbean islands via television and radio, impacting countless lives.

Bishop Dr. Gary M. George stands as a spiritual father and holy example for this generation. His commitment to God’s mandate to “TAKE THIS LAND” is unwavering, and his ministry embodies the credo, “The world crowns success, but God crowns faithfulness” (1 Chronicles 29:11a, 12c).
